Ioanna Wei is the Talent Director for Greater China at WPP, where they lead senior executive recruitment across the company's holdings in the region. Prior to this role, Ioanna served as Head of Recruitment and Regional Talent Consultant at WPP, managing talent assignments across multiple countries including Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Japan. Their extensive experience includes setting up a technology transformation team for WPP China and conducting deep-dive analyses of competitive markets. Before joining WPP, Ioanna worked as a Supply Chain Project Management Analyst at Apple, where they focused on project justification and competitive analysis.
