Kristie Aikens is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and operations within the talent and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Global Program Director for WPP, Kristie leads the strategic vision and implementation of a global flexible talent program. Prior to this role, Kristie held various positions at Rodan and Fields and Pontoon Solutions, focusing on skincare consultation and solution engineering, respectively. Kristie's background includes leading global operations projects for Cisco Systems and managing contract efficiency and compliance at Kforce Inc. Kristie pursued an associate's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations at Hillsborough Community College.
