Olive Stander is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in performance management, rewards, and organizational development. Currently serving as a Performance & Rewards Business Partner at WPP AUNZ since February 2021, Olive's role encompasses total rewards and people analytics. Previous positions include OD & Total Rewards Specialist at Healius Limited, where responsibilities involved managing various HR frameworks and initiatives, and HR Officer at KGA Life, focused on recruitment and HR administration. Olive began a career in human resources and psychometry at Camino Consulting, gaining expertise in psychometric assessments and HR IT systems.
