Rahul Valia is a seasoned finance leader with over 17 years of experience in corporate accounting and compliance across prestigious organizations such as Ares Management, BNP Paribas, Nomura, and Morgan Stanley. Currently, as the Head of Finance at WPP, Rahul leads a team of over 120 individuals, managing financial controls, statutory audits, and treasury operations across multiple regions. Previously, Rahul held key positions at BNP Paribas CIB, where they directed IFRS and French GAAP reporting for 33 legal entities and implemented significant accounting standards across APAC. A Chartered Accountant, Rahul is skilled in financial consolidation, process transformation, and team leadership.
