Tig Matthews

Tig Matthews is a seasoned legal and commercial operations professional currently serving as the Group Head of Legal Operations at WPP since July 2022. With an extensive career that includes roles such as Group Chief Procurement Officer and Group Chief Commercial Officer at WPP, Tig has spearheaded transformation programs aimed at simplifying operational models, enhancing digital capabilities, and optimizing costs across a network of international suppliers. Previous experience includes significant positions at CSC Computer Sciences International Limited, where duties encompassed supplier-side negotiation and contract lifecycle management, and at Satchwell Control Systems Limited, which involved leading the Commercial Services function. Tig holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law from the University of Leicester.
