Andrew McCready has extensive work experience in the corporate services and facilities operations field. Andrew is currently serving as the Vice President of Corporate Services at WPS Health Solutions since January 2022. Prior to this, McCready worked as the Director of Facility Operations at the same company from March 2019 until January 2022. Before joining WPS Health Solutions, they were the Space Planning and Construction Manager from February 2018 to March 2019. McCready also has a background in project management and code compliance from their time at Washington University in St. Louis. Andrew served as the Manager of Zone Support Services from May 2015 to January 2018, where they led teams in delivering construction and renovation projects and managed the university's repair and renovation plan. Prior to this role, McCready held the position of Manager of Projects and Code Compliance from January 2013 to April 2015, where they oversaw adherence to building codes and provided guidance to architectural teams. Andrew started at the university as a Project Assistant in May 2011, where they managed equipment purchases and coordinated office relocations.

Andrew McCready received their Bachelor of Architecture degree from Miami University in 2010. Andrew then pursued a Master of Architecture and Construction Management at Washington University in St. Louis from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, they obtained certifications such as NCARB from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards in 2016, Registered Architect from the Missouri Division of Professional Registration in 2016, Facility Management Professional from IFMA in 2014, and LEED AP BD+C from USGBC in 2014.
