Frank Gumina

Frank Gumina's work experience includes positions at multiple companies. Frank started their career as an Attorney/Shareholder at Wessels & Pautsch, P.C. in 1991 and remained in this role until 2006. From 2006 to 2016, they worked at Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C., first as an Attorney/Shareholder and later as the Attorney/Executive Vice President of Legal Services. In 2016, they joined Husch Blackwell as an Attorney/Partner and stayed there until 2018. Since 2018, Gumina has been involved with WPS Health Solutions, initially serving as the Chief Legal Officer, then as the Chief Legal & Governance Officer, and finally as the Chief Legal and Administrative Officer starting in May 2023.
