Glenda Carter

Glenda Carter, CHC has extensive work experience in compliance and management roles. From 1997 to 2001, they worked at BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina as a Claims and Customer Service Manager, overseeing a team of 25+ employees and managing TRICARE claims and customer service operations. From 2001 to 2018, Glenda served as the Compliance Manager for Government Programs at the same company, where they led all compliance-related activities for various lines of business including TRICARE, VA Choice, Medicaid, and Medicare Advantage. In 2018, Glenda joined WPS Health Solutions as the Director - MVH Compliance Officer and Privacy Official.

Glenda Carter, CHC, has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature from the University of South Carolina. Glenda also holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Management, Human Resources Development from Webster University. In addition, Glenda has obtained the Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) certification from the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) in August 2017. Glenda also has a certification in Automation Data Processing (ADP)/Information Technology (IT) II from the United States Department of Defense and is a Development Dimensions International (DDI) Certified Facilitator.
