Kubesh Shelley

Kubesh Shelley is currently the Vice President of Health Plan Network Solutions at WPS, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this role, Kubesh served as the Director of Provider Network Strategy & Integrity at Medica from December 2022 to August 2025 and at Dean Health Plan, Inc. from November 2007 to December 2022, where responsibilities included multiple managerial roles in Network Development, Provider Services, Credentialing, and Contracting. Kubesh's career began in the provider contracting field at Anthem, where diverse roles spanned from Provider Contracting to Medicaid Advocacy.
