Patty Glines-Kotecki, PhD, SPHR, CPT, currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at WPS, a health solutions company, and as an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where workshops on Change Management and Project Management are developed and taught. Previously, Patty held senior HR roles at various organizations, including Fiskars Group as Head of People for Fiskars Americas, and served as Vice President of Human Resources at American Financing. Patty's extensive experience also includes leading organizational change management at Alliant Energy, and serving as Senior Director at Spectrum Brands, Inc. Patty obtained a PhD in Education from Capella University, emphasizing Training and Performance Improvement, and holds a Master's in Instructional Technology from Northern Illinois University, as well as a Bachelor's in Anthropology/Sociology from Rollins College.
