Currently serving as the Director of Technology at WR Partners UK since September 2023, James previously held the position of Head of IT & Digital at Arco Professional Safety Services Ltd from July 2018 to September 2023, where responsibilities included providing agile leadership and developing a strategic roadmap focused on commerciality and customer benefit. Earlier in their career, James worked at Total Access (UK) Ltd as Head of IT / Digital and IT Manager, overseeing all IT planning and implementation. Additional experience includes roles as a Website Designer at Comsyte Commercial Website Design and as an IT Consultant and Owner of Catnet Computer Solutions.
