Bianca Clarke

Bianca Clarke is an experienced Associate Regulatory Permitting Specialist at WRA, Inc., a leading Bay Area environmental consulting firm, since 2008. In this role, Bianca manages all aspects of environmental permitting, including guiding project designs and implementing permit strategies, while also working as a Biologist conducting habitat assessments and special-status species surveys. Prior experience includes roles at Cityscape Graphics, Inc., where Bianca served as Associate Regulatory Permitting Specialist/Project Manager and Sales Assistant/Project Manager, managing projects from design to completion. Bianca holds a Master of Science in Ecology & Systematic Biology and a Bachelor of Science in Biology, Ecology from San Francisco State University, along with prior education at California State University, Long Beach.
