Sean Parnell

Sean Parnell is a wildlife biologist with extensive field experience across various organizations. Currently serving at SWAIM Biological Inc., Dudek, and WRA, Inc., Sean Parnell has conducted surveys and monitoring for diverse species including Alameda whipsnake, California tiger salamander, and nesting birds. Additionally, Sean Parnell volunteers with the California Condor Crew for the National Park Service and participates in multiple conservation initiatives, such as the Golden Gate Raptor Observatory and the Felidae Conservation Fund's Bay Area Puma Project. Previous roles include serving as a biological science technician at the U.S. Geological Survey and managing the East Bay Vivarium, the nation's oldest and largest retail reptile store. As president and founding member of Bay Area Applied Mycology, Sean Parnell demonstrates a strong commitment to wildlife conservation and ecological research.
