Ernest Jim Carlo Paguio has a diverse work experience in various companies. Ernest Jim Carlo started their career as an Account Manager at Microcircuits Corporation in 2007, where they managed accounts until 2009. In 2010, they joined PUMA Philippines as a Channel Sales Officer for a year. From 2011 to 2013, they worked at Sperry Philippines as an Assistant Sales Manager, responsible for sales development and team management. Ernest Jim Carlo then joined Vans, a VF Company, in 2013 as a Sales Operations Manager until 2015. In 2016, they served as a Retail Operations Manager at Rudy Project Philippines for a few months. Currently, they are the Boutique Operations Head at Wrangler Philippines since October 2017.
