Alfred Lau

Alfred Lau is an experienced engineering manager and software engineer with a diverse background in developing and leading technical teams. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Wrapbook since May 2020, Alfred has successfully managed teams of 4-8 engineers and collaborated with Product and Design to execute the Product Roadmap. Previously, Alfred held senior engineering positions at companies such as Betatype Labs, Mood Media, and FinanceIt, focusing on Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, and full-stack development. With a strong foundation in product management and software architecture, Alfred has contributed to various high-impact projects and solutions throughout a career that spans over 15 years. Alfred holds a BMath in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo and a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
