Herman Phillips is an accomplished film and media professional with a robust background in production management and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Director & GM of Cinapse at Wrapbook since December 2025, Phillips also founded and leads Fourth Generation Pictures LLC as CEO, where extensive experience includes managing over 50 projects for notable clients in various sectors. As a co-founder and former CEO/COO of Cinapse, Phillips focused on innovative production scheduling for films and commercials. Additional industry experience includes roles as a set production assistant on high-profile projects for Lucasfilm and HBO. Phillips is an active member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, contributing to the Science & Technology Peer Group.
