Kent Panther has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kent began their career as a Marketing Intern at Swain Marketing Group in 1989. Shortly after, they joined Doe Anderson as a Marketing Intern in 1989-1990. Kent then joined Bandy Carroll Hellige as an Account Supervisor from 1991 to 1995, where they played a crucial role in strategic initiatives and worked closely with Coca-Cola. Kent then joined Henderson as an Account Group Supervisor from 1995 to 1998, leading the service and profitability of Michelin. In 1998, Kent founded Incite Communications and grew the business to over 15 clients before it was acquired by Red Moon Marketing in 2004. Lastly, they joined Wray Ward as the President and Chief Executive Officer in 2004. In this role, Kent leads a team of talented individuals and serves a range of prominent clients.

Kent Panther holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Miami University, which they obtained between the years 1986 and 1990. Additionally, they completed a program at the Innovation Institute located at the McColl Center, without pursuing any specific degree or field of study. This program took place sometime before 2011, although the exact start date is unknown.
