James' extensive experience in the insurance sector also includes multiple managing director roles at QBE Insurance, covering specialty and professional lines, and serving as an underwriting manager focused on professional lines. Earlier in their career, James worked as an underwriter at Hiscox. Academic qualifications include a Senior Executive Programme in Leadership and Strategic Innovation from London Business School and a First-Class Honours Bachelor of Arts in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Hertfordshire.
