Dave Collins

Dave Collins is a water network strategy and non-revenue water (NRW) specialist with a robust background in business transformation and change management. They have served in various key roles, including Head of Smart Hub at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water and Interim Asset Planning Manager at Atkins, contributing significantly to innovative smart network projects and asset management strategies. Currently, as Technical Director at WRc Group, Dave supports water network initiatives, continuing to address challenges in the water industry. They hold a BSc in Applied Environmental Geology and an MSc in Environment Conservation Management.
