Gareth Simmonds is the Head of Regulatory Assurance at WRc Group, where they apply their extensive expertise in economic regulation within the water sector. With a proven track record in managing strategic regulatory functions, Gareth has previously served as a Water Affairs Advisor at the Authority for Public Services Regulation and held various leadership roles at Portsmouth Water and PAEW. Their educational background includes a BSc(Hons) in Physics from the University of Birmingham and ongoing studies in Essentials of Leadership at London Business School.
