Jeff Pierce has extensive experience in the radio broadcasting industry. Jeff has held various roles throughout their career, starting in 1989 at WXXX-FM/WVMT-AM as an On Air Personality. Jeff then worked at Beasley Broadcast Group as an On Air Personality and Public Affairs person. After that, they joined Pilot Communications as a Production Director, overseeing the Production Department and also hosting on-air shifts. Jeff later worked at New England School of Communications as an Adjunct Instructor.
Jeff's career then led him to iHeartMedia, where they served as the Senior Vice President of Programming, overseeing eight radio stations in New Hampshire and providing operational support for stations in Massachusetts. Jeff also held the role of Operations Manager, coordinating the consolidation of nine stations and streamlining staffing.
Following their time at iHeartMedia, Jeff became the Operations Manager at Saga Communications, where they managed overall leadership and operations for eight radio stations. Jeff implemented innovative ticketing systems and collaborated with nonprofit and community partners for philanthropic endeavors.
Jeff then transitioned to Southern Maine Community College as an Adjunct Professor, creating a dynamic learning environment for students and implementing innovative classes focused on podcasting and radio resources.
Currently, Jeff is the Director of Broadcast and Media Partnerships at Wreaths Across America, advocating for the organization through media partnerships and expanding the Wreaths Across America Radio brand.
Throughout their career, Jeff has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, marketing, branding, sales, social media, fiscal administration, human resources, program development/management, technology, and operational standards. Jeff has also been involved in community partnerships and philanthropic initiatives.
Jeff Pierce graduated from Lyndon State College in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Social Sciences. Prior to that, they attended Mt. Abraham Union High School from 1981 to 1985. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Networking Academy Learn-A-Thon 2020 certification from Cisco in October 2020.
