Amy Yankie

Amy Yankie has extensive experience in customer service and administrative support across multiple roles. Currently serving as a Personal Assistant at Escape The Classroom Inc. since February 2018, responsibilities include formatting documents and maintaining file management records. Concurrently, Amy has been a Customer Service Representative at Withlacoochee River Electric Cooperative, Inc. since May 2018. Previous experience includes five years as a Dispatcher at Republic Services, handling inbound calls related to billing and service inquiries, and a decade at AT&T, progressing from a call center representative to managing escalated customer complaints in the Office of the President. Amy holds a Phlebotomy certificate from Pasco-Hernando Community College and is a graduate of Central High School.
