Charlotte L. began their work experience in 2007 at Towergate Financial Group, starting as an Administrator and later progressing through various roles such as Personal Assistant to Managing Director, Executive Assistant to COO, Operations Manager, and ultimately becoming the Head of Operations. In 2015, they transitioned to Wren Sterling as the Head of Operations and later moved up to the position of Head of Central Operations in 2018.
