Kim Yahya

Kim Yahya is an accomplished Principal Scientist at WaveBreak, leading a team in the production and characterization of amyloid proteins for high-throughput screening and translational research initiatives since June 2022. Previously, Kim held the title of Principal Scientist at Avacta, focusing on immuno-oncology biotherapeutics and managing project deliverables. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Protein Scientist at LabGenius, where expertise in developing drug screening assays was utilized, and as a Scientist at Sartorius Stedim BioOutsource, specializing in antibody testing using Biacore instruments. Kim's journey began with postdoctoral research at The Institute of Cancer Research and King's College London, contributing to protein production and biophysical characterization. Kim holds a DPhil in Biochemistry from the University of Oxford.
