Fayth Woodward MSPP, BCC has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Gymnastics Coach at Gold Country Gymnastics. In 2015, they became a Shift Leader at Calla Lilly Crepes, where they were responsible for staff development and improving customer relations.

In 2017, Fayth took on the role of Front Desk Representative at Emmanuel College, Inc. Fayth then briefly served as an Assistant Wrestling Coach at Franklin County High School in early 2019.

Continuing their coaching journey, Fayth became a Graduate Assistant Coach at Life University from 2020 to 2021. During this time, they also worked as Vote Center Staff in Nevada County, CA, where they maintained records and provided support during election periods.

In 2021, Fayth started working as a Positive Psychology Coach at A Life of Being. Fayth developed coaching programs to assist leaders in overcoming mental limitations and managing time and stress. Fayth also received their Master of Science in Positive Psychology during this period and served as an assistant coach for the Women's Wrestling team.

In 2022, Fayth joined KIDS HOPE USA as an Education Mentor, offering guidance to students. Fayth also became a Coach and Chapter Member of the International Coaching Federation. Additionally, they worked as a Mindset Coach at Wrestling Mindset, specializing in coaching and managing young female athletes.

Throughout their career, Fayth has consistently demonstrated their passion for coaching, positive psychology, and helping others achieve their goals.

Fayth Woodward MSPP, BCC completed their Master's degree in Positive Psychology Life Coaching from Life University in 2021. Prior to that, they attended Emmanuel College GA from 2015 to 2019, where they pursued Business Administration and Management. Additionally, from 2015 to 2017, Fayth completed their Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from Southwestern Oregon Community College.

Fayth has obtained several certifications to further enhance their expertise. In 2011, they became a Board Certified Coach (BCC) from the Center For Credentialing & Education. Fayth also holds a certification in Mindfulness-based stress reduction from Palouse Mindfulness, obtained in February 2022. Fayth is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as evidenced by their ICF Member Badge, obtained in October 2022.
