Deepak Krishnan

Deepak Krishnan is an experienced professional in the clean energy sector, currently serving as the Acting Global Co-Lead for the Clean Energy Supply Pillar at the World Resources Institute since January 2025, while also holding the position of Deputy Director at WRI India since April 2018. Deepak has been involved as a committee member for Sustainable Development Goal 7 with the Government of Karnataka from May 2018 to August 2025. Previous roles include Manager of the Energy Program at the World Resources Institute, Manager at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India Pvt Ltd, and Senior Consultant at PwC Consulting. Deepak holds an M.Tech in Power Systems from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a BE in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka.
