Mitchell Simpson

Mitchell Simpson has over 20 years of work experience in the construction industry. Mitchell began their career as an Engineering Intern at Simpson Bridge Company, Inc. from January 1997 to August 1998. Following that, they joined Phillips and Jordan, Inc. as a Project Engineer/Estimator in May 2001 for a brief period until August 2001. Mitchell later rejoined the same company in August 2002 and served as a Project Engineer/Estimator until January 2005. From February 2005 to February 2008, Mitchell worked as a Project Manager/Estimator at Wright Brothers Construction Company, Inc. Mitchell then moved up to the position of Vice President at Wright Brothers Construction Company, Inc. from February 2008 to June 2019. Currently, they hold the role of Executive Vice President/COO at the same company starting from June 2019.

Mitchell Simpson earned their Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2001. Mitchell then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering at the same institution, which they completed in 2002. Mitchell also holds the certification of Tennessee Professional Engineer.
