Dr. Michael is also the Founder & Managing Director of Human Emergence Group, providing consulting and executive coaching services. As the CEO of Zwell International, Dr. Michael focuses on talent management solutions. Dr. Zwell has also served as Chancellor at Wright Graduate University and President of the Graduate School Alliance for Education in Coaching. Their extensive experience includes executive search consulting, entrepreneurship, and authoring a book on love.
