Mark is an experienced HR professional across several different sectors including technology private equity backed organisations, stock market listed businesses, manufacturing and public sector organisations ranging from 250 to 3500 employees both in the UK & globally. He has led on significant transformation, change and growth, including over 25 acquisitions and TUPE transfers, and has transformed performance through the ability to think strategically and rapidly translate this into operational and pragmatic implementation.
