Tracie advises corporate clients on all aspects of the Points Based System including Tier 2 applications, Tier 5 applications and initial sponsor licence applications. In addition, Tracie advises individuals on personal immigration issues in relation to initial applications for leave to enter, leave to remain extension applications, settlement and naturalisation applications.

She also assists EU based clients with Van der Elst applications to obtain permission for their non-EEA employees to provide services in the UK.
