Mark Coltharp, CHA

Mark Coltharp, CHA has over 30 years of experience in hospitality management. Mark began their career in 1987 as a General Manager at Peabody Hotel Group. In 1990, they joined Hospitality Management Advisors as a Senior VP of Operations and General Manager. In 1991, they moved to Wright Investment Properties, taking on the role of Senior VP of Operations. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the operations of over a dozen properties, including financial performance, sales and marketing, human resources and motivating key management personnel. Mark also had the important competency of developing relationships with key accounts.

Mark Coltharp, CHA attended The University of Memphis from 1975 to 1976 and the University of Tennessee at Martin from 1977 to 1979.
