Jim Green is an experienced real estate broker and investor with a focus on commercial, residential, multi-family, rural properties, farms, ranches, and water rights in Northern Colorado and the Front Range. Since January 1995, Jim Green has worked at WK Real Estate and has held broker positions at Grant Real Estate and Coldwell Banker Preferred Realty. Prior to a career in real estate, Jim Green was a flight instructor at American Flyers, training various levels of pilots, and owned a seafood restaurant, Fish House Vera Cruz, in San Marcos, California. Jim Green's educational background includes studies at San Diego State University and Palomar College.
