Amy Reilly has extensive work experience in human resources and administration roles. Amy started their career at Standard Register in 1999, where they worked in various HR positions, including Sr. Manager, Director, and Vice President. In 2013, they were promoted to Executive Vice President, responsible for implementing human resources strategies and working closely with the CEO and Board of Directors. Amy transitioned to Wright-Patt Credit Union in 2016 and held roles such as Vice President Human Resources, Vice President Administration, and Chief Administrative Officer. In their most recent role, they provided strategic oversight of various departments and served as the Chairman of the Sunshine Foundation Board of Trustees.

Amy Reilly obtained their Bachelor's degree in Communications from Bowling Green State University, where they studied from 1987 to 1991.
