Cory Christensen

Regional Director at Wright Physical Therapy

Cory was raised in Burley, Idaho. He completed his Bachelors degree in Exercise Science from Utah Valley University and subsequently moved to Mesa, Arizona to attend A.T. Still University for his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.

Cory was first exposed to physical therapy at a young age when a physical therapist would come to his home to work with his disabled, yet very special, younger brother. He would watch very intently as the therapist would work with his brother, and knew that by becoming a physical therapist he would in turn be able to help others live joyful lives. He became very interested in how the body moves and how to assist those with musculoskeletal, neurological, and other impairments achieve an active and meaningful lifestyle.

Over the past 5 years Cory has been developing his skills with becoming certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (Cert. MDT), as well as finding a passion for the treatment of TMD. He is also heavily involved within the community and businesses with helping to develop safer work environments and providing ergonomic training.
