Mike is an experienced Physical Therapist who is passionate about getting patients better. Mike has practiced physical therapy in Idaho, Washington, South Carolina and Arizona, where he has gained hands-on training and mentorship from respected Physical Therapists, Doctors and other health care providers. This mentorship has given him an extensive knowledge and set of tools to help patients get the best results. Mike is constantly striving to learn new methods and techniques to best serve his patients. He believes in patient-centered physical therapy that includes educating patients regarding their condition, forming a treatment plan based on patient-driven goals and reassessing patients throughout their treatment to obtain those goals.

Mike is certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (The McKenzie Method), which focuses on specific exercises to eliminate pain and stiffness, while restoring normal function. Mike also utilizes a wide variety of hands-on techniques including Mulligan Technique, dry needling, joint mobilization, Kinesio Taping and soft tissue mobilization. Mike treats each patient with specific therapeutic exercises based on their needs to help them regain motion, eliminate pain and restore function. He uses Pain Neuroscience Education (PNE) to enable patients to overcome chronic and acute pain.

Mike completed his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University prior to graduating with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy at A.T. Still University in Arizona.
