Bethany Ruby has a diverse work experience in human resources and staffing. Bethany started their career as a Customer Service Coordinator at ITA Group, Inc. from November 2012 to April 2014. Bethany then worked as a Staffing Manager at Ajilon Professional Staffing from August 2014 to April 2015, where they focused on temporary and permanent recruitment. After that, they served as a Recruiting Manager at Workway from April 2015 to June 2016, specializing in various industry sectors. Bethany further expanded their expertise as a Direct Hire Recruiter at Aureon from July 2016 to January 2017. Bethany has also worked as an HR Coordinator / Recruiter at WorldWide Integrated Supply Chain Solutions from January 2017 to December 2020. Currently, they are employed as a Human Resources Business Partner at Wright Service Corp. since December 2020.
