Leanna Canyon

Leanna Canyon currently serves as a Water Resources Engineer and Project Coordinator at Wright Water Engineers, Inc., since August 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Mental Health Advocate at Valley View, where Leanna assisted teens with recovery from mental health and addiction issues. Previously, Leanna was the Children's Ski School Supervisor at Sunlight Mountain Resort, managing reservations, lessons, and organizing activities. Additional roles include Kid Kamp Director for the City of Glenwood Springs, where responsibilities encompassed designing camp curricula and overseeing staff, as well as work as a Forestry Technician at Skylight Forestry Inc. and Raft Guide/Instructor in whitewater rafting. Leanna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental and Ecological Engineering from Purdue University, completing studies in 2017.
