Shelby Pelon

Shelby Pelon is a seasoned professional with a strong background in client success and legislative affairs. Currently serving as Senior Client Success Manager at Wright's Media since August 2019, Shelby previously held the role of Client Success Manager within the same company. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Assistant at the Washington State Treasurer's Office and Legislative Assistant at the Washington State House of Representatives, where daily operations and constituent engagement were key responsibilities. With a foundational career beginning as Lead Brand Representative at Tween Brands, Shelby demonstrated skills in customer experience and sales goal achievement. Additionally, leadership roles in student government, including President of the Washington Student Association, showcased the ability to represent student interests on a statewide level. Shelby holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Eastern Washington University.
