Daniel Webber is an experienced sommelier currently serving as the Wine Director at Wrigley Mansion since 2025. They held the position of Head Sommelier at Maple & Ash from 2022 to 2025 and were the General Manager at Brix Restaurant and Wine Bar from 2017 to 2019.
