Cortney Crump

Cortney Crump has been working in the media industry since 2019. Cortney started as a Student Crew Member for the SEC Network, where they assembled and operated cameras during sporting events for live stream viewing, developed replay packages for the broadcast for soccer and volleyball games, and worked in a fast-paced environment while utilizing the replay board. In 2020, they worked as a Sports Video Student Worker for UK Sports Video, where they operated cameras during sporting events, created in-game highlights during live sporting events, and produced short videos for football, swim, and rifle social media accounts. In 2021, Cortney Crump has been working as an Assistant Video Editor for Wrigley Media Group, a WLKY Camera Operator for Hearst, and a Production Assistant for Prosper Media Group, Inc. As a Production Assistant, they have helped set up cameras, lighting, and audio during shoots, and has exercised creativity through editing short videos for television and web content.

Cortney Crump attended the University of Kentucky from 2017 to 2021, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Media Arts and Studies.
