Jonathan Burns

Jonathan Burns, Esq. is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in commercial and compliance law. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Wrike since August 2022, Jonathan has previously held positions such as Group Legal Counsel at Learning Technologies Group plc and IT Governance, Risk and Compliance Officer at Blue Cross NC. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Judicial Law Clerk Intern at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and a Summer Intern at the United States Attorney's Office, where Jonathan participated in drafting significant legal documents and appeared in court under the third year practice rule. Jonathan holds a Juris Doctor degree from North Carolina Central University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
