Middle Quality Engineer

Michael Genenko has extensive experience in quality assurance and customer support, currently serving as a Middle Quality Engineer at Wrike since December 2015, after previously holding positions as a Junior Quality Assurance Engineer and Customer Support Specialist. Prior to Wrike, Michael worked at Intermedia as a Technical Support Team Captain from 2012 to 2015 and held the role of Relationship Manager at DeepApple SPb, where responsibilities included public relations and customer relationship management. Earlier career experience includes roles as a Sales Specialist at both Белый Ветер ЦИФРОВОЙ and КЕЙ, focusing on consulting, sales processes, and device configuration. Michael is currently pursuing education at the University of the People, starting in 2017.
