Stephen Tytran

Stephen Tytran is the Deputy General Counsel at Wrike. Prior to joining Wrike, Stephen was the Director & Senior Associate General Counsel at Citrix Systems, Inc. from June 2018 to November 2022. During their time at Citrix, Stephen oversaw all IP litigation matters (offensive & defensive), led patent monetization activities, and advised and counseled business partners on subject matter related to commercial/sales, licensing, procurement, HR, accounting, tax, marketing, and M&A activities and functions. Stephen also managed a team of professionals and oversaw the department budget.

Stephen Tytran has a Doctor of Law from North Carolina Central University School of Law, a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University. Stephen also has certification from the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Court Admission and from the North Carolina Board of Law Examiners in Law License.
