Janet Lundy

Janet Lundy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the arts and media sectors. Currently serving as a Museum Technician at The Valentine since October 2012, Janet has also been a Radio DJ and Show Producer for WRIR Richmond Independent Radio since February 2008. Janet has a history of leadership as a member of the Board of Directors and Music Committee Co-Chair for the Virginia Center for the Public Press from May 2012 to June 2016, where Janet was the first woman elected to the board. Previous roles include artist/owner at MonkeyDogStudio, Independent Contractor at Twist Style, Collections Manager at Longwood Center for the Visual Arts, Assistant Director/Office Manager at Cub Creek Foundation, Assistant Manager at Ten Thousand Villages, and various positions in advertising and graphic design at Circuit City. Janet holds a BA in American Studies from William & Mary, earned in 1996.
