Paul Starling

Paul Starling has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. Paul began their career in 1995 as a Consultant at PwC. In 2000, they became a Team Leader at Real Solutions. In 2001, they took on the role of Team Leader at AXA, where they were responsible for leading a team of 5 developers in the development and delivery of the businessrisk.com e-commerce platform. In 2004, Paul became the Chief Executive Officer, Evolution Risk Services at Evolution Underwriting Group Ltd, where they were responsible for finance, in-house systems development, and administration. In 2015, Paul moved to Pen Underwriting - UK and took on the role of Divisonal Director, Pen SME. In 2019, they became a Project Management Consultant at Crispin Speers & Partners Ltd. Most recently, in 2020, Paul became the Head Of Enterprise at Wood Finishes Direct, and in 2021 they took on the role of Program Manager at Wrisk.

Paul Starling attended the University of Greenwich from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Systems Modelling.
