Laura Scheffler Morgan

Laura Scheffler Morgan has extensive experience in writing and editing, beginning with a tenure as Owner of Morgan Restaurants, Inc. from May 1999 to November 2020. Since December 2008, Laura has been a Writer for Writers and Authors. Previous roles include Content Lead at Fluttr from September 2020 to September 2021, Associate Editor at Persea Books, and Associate Editor at The Missouri Review. Laura's writing has also featured as a Community Kitchen food blogger for Columbia Daily Tribune from August 2011 to April 2013. Laura holds a Master's degree in Creative Writing/Poetry from the University of Missouri-Columbia and an English degree focusing on Poetry and Creative Writing from The College of Wooster.
