Kalinda Campbell

Kalinda Campbell serves as the Global Head of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging at ERM and is the Board President for Writers in the Schools. With over a decade of experience in the diversity and inclusion field, Kalinda holds the position of Chief Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Officer at The Space Group, a boutique inclusion advisory firm. Previous roles include overseeing diversity strategies at Nordstrom and serving as Head of Global Diversity and Inclusion at Sunday Riley. Kalinda has also held positions in education as an Adjunct Human Resources Professor at the University of Houston-Downtown and has contributed to various organizations, including Deloitte and The Junior League of Houston. Kalinda earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Spelman College.
