David Osmundsen is an accomplished playwright and experienced administrative assistant with a robust background in literary arts and education. At Writer's Relief, from June 2016 to April 2024, David supported authors in their publication efforts and managed various tasks including social media maintenance and market research. Recent achievements include the world premiere of the play "More of a Heart" at The BLUEBARN Theatre and teaching playwriting to neurodiverse playwrights at EPIC Players Inclusion Company. David has also served as New Play Coordinator at Spectrum Theatre Ensemble and held internships with notable organizations such as Florida Studio Theatre, Playscripts, Inc., and Abingdon Theatre Company. David earned a Master of Fine Arts in Drama from Arizona State University and holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Theatre Studies from Montclair State University.
