Jeremy Wallace-Segall has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout the years. In 2002, they served as the President of AlphaBet City Dataworks until November 2007. In June 2004, they joined the Fund for the City of New York as an Application Architect and worked there until June 2007. In June 2007, they became the Chief Operations Officer at Writopia Lab and continues to hold this position. From September 2007 to June 2009, they also worked as a Project Manager at PICnet.

Jeremy Wallace-Segall completed the Senior Leaders Program in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management at Columbia Business School in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies from San Francisco State University between 1988 and 1992. It is unclear when they attended the California College of the Arts and whether they obtained any degree or field of study from that institution.
