Sudharshana M is a seasoned software manager with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple technology companies. Currently serving as a Senior Software Manager at Dell Technologies since October 2017, Sudharshana leads the delivery of products within the consumer line of business while managing a high-performance team from multiple regions and fostering university relationships. In addition, Sudharshana has been with wrizto healthcare private limited since December 2013, focusing on the architecture and design of the Next Gen Hospital Management System, Agada, which enhances clinical research through cognitive intelligence. Previous positions include Director of Research & Development at Elucido Media Networks, Architect at Nokia, and Senior Software Engineer at Motorola, among others. Sudharshana holds an M.S. in Computer Science & Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and a BE in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Mysore.
